NoAi is a visual database application that allows users to view and share photos of menu items at restaurants and other food establishments.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights
• Upload content that you do not have the right to share
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the App
• Upload misleading or fraudulent content

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Tide Software Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate.

5. Reporting

Users can report content they believe violates these terms. We will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or suspending accounts.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tide Software Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
